What Colorado Springs recycles from a roll-off
El Paso County transfer stations and the Colorado Springs recycling stream accept clean cardboard, metals, untreated wood, concrete, and asphalt shingles at dedicated intakes. Mixing them into a normal roll-off is fine — we sort on the back end so recyclables land where they should.

How to load a mixed-debris roll-off
We don't need you to pre-sort. Toss cardboard, metal, and construction debris in together — we handle the sorting when the bin comes back to the yard. The one thing to avoid is mixing food waste or wet organics into a dry debris load; it contaminates the recyclables.
