Terms of Service
Effective July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your rental of roll-off dumpsters and related services from All American Dumpster of Colorado Springs ("we", "us"). By booking a rental you agree to these Terms.
Services
We deliver, place, and pick up roll-off dumpsters (10, 20, 30, and 40 yard) within our Colorado Springs service area. Delivery and pickup are included at posted rates within our service radius.
Booking & Payment
- Payment is collected before delivery to reserve your date.
- Accepted methods are listed on our website.
- Prices displayed on the pricing page are starting prices; final rate depends on size, rental term, and delivery location.
Rental Period
Standard rentals are 3 or 7 days. Extra days are billed at the posted per-day fee. Contact us in advance to schedule pickup or extend your rental.
Prohibited Items & Weight Limits
You agree not to place hazardous materials, liquids, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerants, or other prohibited items in the dumpster. A full list is posted on our service pages. Loads must not exceed the yellow maximum fill line printed on the container. Overweight loads and prohibited materials may incur additional fees or require a trip return at your expense.
Site Access & Damage
You are responsible for providing safe, legal access for delivery and pickup, and for any required permits. We use driveway protection boards where appropriate, but we are not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, sprinklers, overhead wires, or underground utilities that results from placement you have approved.
Cancellations
Cancellations made before delivery may be refunded less any dispatch costs. Once the dumpster is delivered, the rental is non-refundable.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability under any rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
