Once you pick the option that works for you, just inform us of the date, address and dumpster placement location you’d like. After that, we will process the payment and reserve your spot on the dumpster delivery schedule.

There are many situations that you may need a dumpster rental. A few are: Construction Job Sites, Preparing to Sell a Home, Residential Remodeling, Landscaping Projects, Renovation Projects, and Cleanouts.

We offer a variety of convenient dumpsters for our customers. All American Dumpster feature our standard 10 Yard Open Top and 20 Yard Open Top dumpsters. The 10 Yard Open Top Dumpster is perfect for smaller scale debris removal projects. The 20 Yard Open Top Dumpster is great for projects large and small — fits in a standard parking space.

All American have these standard dumpsters: 10 Yard Open Top: 15′ L x 3′ H x 7′ W. 20 Yard Open Top dumpster: 15′ L x 6′ H x 7′ W.

We will only place dumpsters on flat surfaces and on hard surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or gravel. We will not drive on lawns or soft areas to place a dumpster. We also cannot place a dumpster where the truck has to lift a dumpster underneath powerlines or other obstructions such as large tree branches.

Each municipality has different regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private property, streets or other public right of way. Contact your local municipality and they will provide you with any regulations and the information to obtaining permits. All American does not provide or obtain permits required.

Yes, as part of our service, we offer wheel blocks to offer a protection that keeps the dumpsters wheels and rails from even touching your driveway!

All American rental rates vary by size of the dumpster requested. We will be happy to provide a quote based on your situation. The dumpster rental price includes delivery, pickup, the initial rental period and the allotted tonnage for that dumpster rental. Additional fees may apply for overweights above the allotted tonnage, extra rental days over the initial rental period or for additional fee items in the dumpster. It’s important to know if your city requires any permits. City or county permitting costs will not be included in the cost of your dumpster rental.

We include weight and initial rental period days in our base pricing. Frequently, you will fall under those categories with no additional fees. If you exceed either the included weight or rental days, we will charge a pro-ratable weight fee for the overage and a daily rental for each day over the initial rental period. We also have fees for certain materials, including mattresses, tires and appliances.

Yes, you can keep the dumpster for as long as you need. After the initial rental period, there is a daily rental fee. Please schedule a pickup when you are done with the dumpster, as we will not pick up the dumpster until a pickup is requested.

We accept all major forms of credit cards.

We accept most household clean out and construction project materials. We do not accept any kind of paints, liquids, dirt, concrete or hazardous materials. We can not accept propane tanks, batteries or gas tanks. Several items we accept but may require additional charges, such as tires, mattresses and appliances.

We ask that the dumpsters not be filled above the top of the brim. We cannot have material sticking above, to ensure safe and legal transportation of debris. If debris is above the top of the dumpster, we may inform you that we cannot transport the debris, at which case we would need to unload debris or place debris in another dumpster rental.

No one has to be there for delivery or pickup. We will ask for a description (and if you want to send us a picture, that works too) of the location you would like the dumpster placed. We just ask that the designated location is clear of any vehicles, materials and any other obstructions.

We take every precaution to prevent causing any damage. We use lighter, driveway-friendly trucks and driveway-friendly rubber dumpster wheels. All American is not responsible for any damage caused by regular operation of dumpster delivery or pickup.
