Roll-off dumpsters come in 10, 20, 30 and 40 yards. A 10-yard handles a bathroom or small cleanout, a 20-yard covers most garage cleanouts and remodels, and 30–40 yards are for big construction and roofing jobs.

Our Colorado Springs dumpster rentals are flat-rate: 10-yard $300, 20-yard $350, 30-yard $500, 40-yard $600. Extra days are $25 and weight overages are $65 per ton.

Step 4: Prep the drop spot
- Pick a flat, hard surface — concrete, asphalt or gravel
- Move vehicles and clear overhead wires or branches
- If it must sit on the street, you may need a city permit
Step 5: Fill it and schedule pickup
Keep debris below the top of the brim and skip prohibited items like paint, tires and batteries. Call when you're done and we'll haul it away.
