How Tri-Lakes deliveries actually run
Nearly every Monument delivery comes off I-25 at Exit 161, then out Baptist Road toward Jackson Creek and Sanctuary Pointe or up Highway 105 toward Woodmoor and Higby. Newer Jackson Creek drives are wide and flat, so a 30-yard sets easily.
Higby, Red Rocks Ranch, and Palmer Lake drives are longer, steeper, and often gravel at the top. We bring a 20-yard there and stage it near the garage apron instead of pushing up the grade, which protects both the driveway and the truck.
What Monument jobs look like
- Deck demos off Higby and Woodmoor Drive — 20-yard
- Kitchen and basement remodels in Jackson Creek — 20-yard
- Estate and whole-home cleanouts near the country club — 30-yard
- Pine and slash cleanup after fire mitigation — 20 or 30-yard
- Roof tear-offs after a Front Range hail run — 20-yard for weight headroom

HOA and covenant notes for 80132
Several Monument and Woodmoor subdivisions run active architectural committees that ask for bins on the driveway rather than the street, and some cap how many days a container can stay visible. A 3-day rental usually satisfies those rules. If your covenant requires advance notice, tell us your delivery window and we will hit it — you do not need to be home for the drop.
Snow, grade, and winter timing
The Tri-Lakes sits several hundred feet higher than central Colorado Springs and holds snow longer. In winter we ask that the placement spot be shoveled or plowed to bare surface; a bin set on packed ice can slide on a graded driveway. Booking a morning delivery window gives the sun time to work on north-facing drives.
